Electronics Engineering

We turn ideas into designs, and designs into products. Not just the PCB design, the complete package. We are specialized in the following fields:

  • Schematic and PCB layout (Altium)
  • BOM selection
  • Mechanical design of enclosures
  • Embedded software development
  • Assembly documentation
  • Wiring documentation
  • User- and test manuals
  • Assembly of small series
  • Testing and debugging

If you are stuck in your project we can also help you with your questions. Feel free to contact us about that, some expertise we have in house:

  • Analog and digital audio
  • Analog and digital video
  • Sensoring the outside world
  • Battery chargers and solar
  • Domotics and I/O modules
  • Microcontrollers
  • Wired communication from Modbus to Ethernet from CAN to USB
  • Wireless communication, from WiFi to Zigbee, from LTEm to Lora
  • Power optimization
  • 24/7 operation
From design
To finished PCB

After designing comes testing, we can assist you in a diverse situation, from solving issues in your solar park, to finding out why your production keeps halting at a certain sensor.

  • Proof-of-concept and prototype building
  • Debugging of new designs
  • Debugging of existing designs
  • Field testing
  • Lab testing

Automotive brains
For a recent project we needed an automotive grade control computer, based on a Teensy 4.1 microcontroller platform. So that everybody could use it, with a plethora of I/O and serial busses, a nice example of how a product can grow from an idea, to a schematic and via an experimental PCB towards product.

JIL air quality sensor
Recently we helped Intemo to design a smart sensor device for monitoring indoor air quality. As you can see, miniaturization and fluent organic PCB design is not an issue, of course we can not share to many details here, but take a look here for more information.
